ADC Foundation’s charitable grantmaking is conducted primarily through local ADC employee volunteer (“ADC Cares”) committees at ADC corporate sites in the U.S., Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, the Czech Republic, India, Australia, and China. These committees are empowered with foundation budgets and the responsibility to make grants in their local communities in furtherance of the foundation’s two funding priorities - education, and technology access.
