Supplier Diversity
ADC believes that how we do business is paramount to our success. This is ADC's commitment to all of our stakeholders, including our suppliers.
Fulfilling this commitment, we recognize our business performance is bolstered by tapping into the expertise and creativity of all ADC suppliers. To this end, ADC is dedicated to working with businesses owned and operated by ethnic minorities, women and disabled veterans. Our corporate policies state that we will continually afford minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned businesses the maximum opportunity to participate with us as suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors of goods and services.
We believe that the promotion and incorporation of this approach into our business operations makes ADC a better company and helps enable us to have a positive economic impact in the communities where we and our suppliers reside. By partnering with our diverse suppliers - both current and future - we will continue to establish a supplier base that we believe creates and sustains a true competitive advantage.
We will promote this philosophy and incorporate it into our business development efforts, yielding better financial performance for ADC and a positive economic impact in the communities where we do businesses.

Recognizing that there are many different legal and cultural environments in which ADC and our suppliers operate throughout the world, our company policy requires that all suppliers comply with all applicable legal requirements regardless of location.
ADC’s policy of supplier legal compliance covers, but is not limited to, requirements related to labor, wage and hours, working conditions, discrimination, child labor, freedom of association, forced labor, occupational safety and health, transportation, the environment, anti-kickback and anti-corruption. Additional supplier standards and requirements may be communicated to suppliers directly by ADC or posted on our website.
Our company standards apply to the selection and retention of all suppliers that provide goods or services to ADC worldwide. ADC considers our standards important to the promotion of safe and healthy workplaces, maintenance of fair and reasonable human resource practices, minimization of adverse environmental impact of manufacturing and distribution, and promotion of fair business practices.
ADC reserves the right to assess and monitor performance and compliance with our standards and requirements and to terminate any operation where conformance is not maintained. In addition to other requirements, suppliers may be requested by ADC to certify such conformance.
