ADC Gold The ADC Gold plan is designed specially for customers who cannot tolerate lengthy service interruptions. ADC Gold provides an ADC technician on-site within 24 hours from receipt of formal request. All expenses associated with restoring your ADC product to "fully functional" are included, such as parts, labor, and travel expenses. Some of the features of this option are:
ADC Silver The ADC Silver plan is designed for those choosing to take full responsibility for on-site remedial maintenance. ADC assures a proactive response to requests for assistance in diagnosing and resolving problem situations. Apart from offering a 24x7 phone support, this option also provides:
Software Support Plan ADC's Software Support plan is for customers who require support for some of ADC's optional software products not covered by ADC Silver or ADC Gold. ADC provides all system software releases and documentation updates at no charge for all products covered under this agreement.
